I help boards, organisations, workplaces and families navigate governance challenges, conflict and difficult decisions.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, together with current governance appointments and specialist dispute resolution qualifications, I provide independent advice and practical support when people need clarity, confidence and a way forward.

Throughout my career I have worked in senior leadership and governance roles where accountability, stakeholder relationships and sound decision-making have been central to organisational success.

I have held Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director-level positions and currently serve as a Non-Executive Director, Independent Board Chair and Independent Audit & Risk Committee Member across a range of publicly accountable organisations.

Through my teaching, I remain current with emerging practice while sharing practical governance and dispute resolution experience with the next generation of professionals.
